APPETIZERS AND SIDES


COLD CRAB MEAT RAGOUT: Lump crab meat in a fresh garlic, dijon mayo with fresh scallions. Try this on crackers or on top of some fresh crisp greens $45.00 per quart

   

SHRIMP REMOULADE: Large shrimp perfectly boiled, peeled, chilled and then tossed in our signature Remoulade sauce. This
also great with crackers, on crisp romaine leaves, or in a salad. $45.00 per quart


BAKED POTATO DIP: This dip is rich and creamy and taste just like a loaded baked potato. $25 per quart


5 LAYER MEXICAN DIP: Layer upon layer of spiced up black beans, guacamole, shredded cheeses, garden salsa, black olives and cilantro. Served with tortilla chips


SHRIMP MOLD:  A classic New Orleans favorite, cool creamy and delicious. Served with crackers


CREOLE POTATO SALAD:  This is a classic American side dish kicked up with a hint of creole mustard and apple smoked bacon. $45


SESAME NOODLE SALAD: Ice cold linguini in a sesame dressing, with cucumbers, tomatoes, cilantro, green onions, tomatoes, and finished with sesame seeds and peanut
sauce. $30 per 3 lbs.


ROASTED CORN GRITS: Sautéed onions, corn and South West seasonings in a thick and rich pudding style of grits. It’s a great side to go with BBQ or any roasted meats.


SPINACH SALAD WITH PEPPER JELLY- baby spinach, topped with feta, spiced pecans, cranberries and served with a delicious pepper jelly vinaigrette. $55 Family style bowl enough for 25 sides


CRAWFISH STRUDEL- Don’t wait for Jazz Fest to get this super tasty flaky crawfish filled treat. Get them frozen and cook them when ever you want 6 for $30 or you can get an appetizer tray of bite size strudels great for a pass around Hors D’oeuvre for $50.00


GREEK PASTA SALAD- Your choice of orzo or bow tie pasta tossed with lots of grilled veggies, fresh spinach, feta cheese, diced cucumbers and tomatoes in a balsamic vinaigrette $30


BACON WRAPPED SHRIMP- We take large 26/30 shrimp and wrap them in apple smoked bacon and dip them in a chpolte raspberry glaze and cook them in a very hot oven so their crisp and spicy on the outside and succulent on the inside.


MUFFULETTA SUPER RING - Built on our own Italian braided ring loaf and filled with olive salad, thinly shaved ham, mortadella, genoa salami and provolone cheese.






DESSERTS & DESSERT BOWLS. 


The bowls are great because they store well in your cooler, they fit in ice chest if your event is outside and it’s easy to serve with just a spoon and a dish. No cutting or worrying about it getting smashed. You can get any bowl  dessert as a cake if you like.


STRAWBERRY SABAYON BOWL: A 80 oz bowl full of fresh strawberries and layered with amaretto sabayon sauce $30


SHORT CAKE BOWL: Fresh strawberries, black berries and blue berries layered with fresh cream, sponge cake, and Grand Marnier $30


TIRA MI SUE: Sponge cake soaked in coffee and rum kahlua layered with mascarpone cream cheese and layered with cocoa $30


APPLE PIE: We actually really use fresh apples that are sliced by hand on our nifty apple corer-peeler-slicer machine!  Besides using fresh apples we season them well with sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and vanilla and top them with a delicious streusel topping. $10.95


BANANA CREAM PIE: Starts with a vanilla wafer crust and homemade pastry cream infused with fresh bananas and topped with fresh whip cream and caramel sauce.. Great on a hot day. $10.95


CHOCOLATE CREAM PIE: Chocolate cookie cake crust with fresh homemade pastry cream flavored with real Swiss chocolate. $10.95


KING CAKES: Yes, we have 4th of July King Cakes baked fresh for you- Red White & Blue.  $14.95


APPLE STRUDEL: Fresh apples, thinly sliced and sauteed with butter, sugar, spices vanilla and cream and wrapped around a super thin, buttery and flaky strudel dough. $10 per strudel log


WHITE CHOCOLATE BREAD PUDDING: A half pan of another Jazz Fest favorite served with white chocolate ganache $50


NEW ORLEANS BREAD PUDDING: Not made just with stale French bread but with almond croissants, danish, croissants, and cinnamon rolls. Baked in a rich vanilla custard and served with rum sauce $25.00 per half pan
