Croissant Box Lunches: Fresh cooked New Orleans style garlicky roast beef, honey ham, smoked turkey, tuna salad, Creole Chicken salad, or tuna salad. These are served with lettuce tomatoes, and pickles with condiment packages on the side.
New Orleans PoBoy Box Lunches: Fresh cooked roast beef, honey ham, or smoked turkey, tuna salad, Creole Chicken salad, or tuna salad. These are served with lettuce tomatoes and pickles, with condiment packages on the side.
New Orleans Muffalata Focaccia Box Lunches: Ham, mortadella, salami, provolone cheese, olive salad on fresh baked rosemary focaccia.
Focaccia or Croissant Club Box Lunches: Grilled chicken, honey ham, bacon, cheddar cheese, Swiss cheese, lettuce and tomatoes and honey mustard is spread on the bread unless you specify otherwise, then condiments are put on the side.
